Agreement to provide hourly sub-contract (rental) service from Afaq Recruitment Company

Terms and conditions for providing services.

Acknowledgment and undertaking to accept and abide by the following terms and conditions as below:

First: All services provided by Afaq Recruitment Company are paid in advance according to the agreement-upon the pricing

Second: The visit can be postponed at least 48 hours before its scheduled date through the application or the website, and the postponement after that is considered the visit calculated and enforceable. In the event that the customer wishes to modify the visits for the monthly subscription, the following must be taken into account:

A - Contracting 4 visits per month, the customer has the right to request an amendment only once during the contracting period.

B - Contracting 8 monthly visits The customer has the right to request the amendment only twice during the contracting period.

C - Contracting 12 monthly visits The customer has the right to request the amendment only three times during the contracting period.

D- A contract of 16 monthly visits or more. The customer has the right to request the amendment only four times during the contracting period.

Third:

- When booking the service, make sure to write my triple name as it is written in the conditions or residence.

- My address and contact numbers provided by me are correct, and the notifications notified to me via WhatsApp messages, application or mail are considered

Email is binding and window in my right. And in the event that I am in a residential complex that is subject to security procedures, I am committed to handing over and receiving the worker from and to the gate and the time is calculated from the time of receipt at the gate.

Fourth: If I am not at home

- Taking into account the necessity of the presence of the housewife with the commitment of the client and her dependents not to leave the worker alone inside the house with young children or infants, or the presence of males in the house with the worker - or not answering the phone or the house bell to provide the service within ten minutes from the moment the driver notified the arrival of the worker, the service is considered provided and completed and I have no right to claim its value or compensation in any way for the visit now or in the future.

Fifth: The beginning of calculating the service starts from the time the worker arrives at the site that you registered during the reservation, and that the arrival date is within two hours of the scheduled time. In the event of the expiry of the service time, the customer must allow the worker to leave immediately without any delay.

Sixth: All services provided by Afaq Recruitment Company include the delivery of the worker to and from the client’s home by the company only, and it is prohibited accompanying the worker outside the client’s house for the purpose of delivery or for any reason whatsoever claiming a refund of the contract value, and the customer is obligated to provide the necessary cleaning materials and instruct the worker on how to use them and guarantees ease access of the worker to all areas that need cleaning inside the house.

Seventh: The worker may be replaced or the appointment rescheduled for reasons beyond his control (for example, the worker’s illness) during a period of time.

Contracting for monthly contracts or individual visits. If the client refuses to receive the replacement worker, the visit is calculated and not compensable

Eighth: Any transgression made by one of the workers is considered an individual act and the company does not approve or accept it and disclaims its responsibility for that, including on the for example, but not limited to (responsibility for damage or loss and loss of customer property) and it is not permissible to refer to the company for this and it is done the aggrieved party may claim immediately through the competent authorities only, and absolve the rest of the parties if the aggrieved party delays the claim right after the incident.

Ninth: The client is obliged to keep his valuables out of the reach of the worker, and the client bears the entire responsibility as a result of negligence in this.

Tenth: In the event of canceling the monthly contract or individual visits:

A - If the cancellation is by the company for any reason beyond its control, the value of the remaining visits will be refunded according to the value of the monthly contract only.

B - In the event that the customer requests to cancel the contract before the first visit, an amount of 50% of the total contract value is deducted. In the event of the cancellation request after the first visit visit, 75% of the total contract value is deducted. In the event of cancellation after the second visit, none of the contract value can be recovered.

C- Individual visits are non-refundable and can be postponed based on what was mentioned in the second clause of this contract.

D- It is not possible to postpone or cancel any visit, whether individual or monthly, if it is part of one of the offers submitted by the company.

Eleventh: The customer is obligated to implement all instructions, circulars and decisions issued by the official authorities regarding the application of precautionary measures. And preventive measures for everyone present in the place of implementation of the service, including commitment to social distancing and wearing masks

Providing and wearing masks, providing sterilizers, ensuring the status of the application of our trust, and obtaining in advance the necessary permits from the authorities The competent authority regarding gatherings and events of any kind, according to which the client bears all the legal and financial implications of Violation of the aforementioned procedures and measures, and he is obligated to compensate the company in the event of recording any of these violations against the workforce executing contract services.
